Coco Bean's is owned and operated by Chef Morgan Chayer - 

A culinary creative with a passion for bringing bold twists to classics desserts. 

After beginning my professional journey as a travel agent, I decided to follow by true calling and enrolled in the Culinary Program at SAIT.  From there, I apprenticed in some of Calgary's top restaurants and catering companies, eventually earning by Red Seal certification. 

I launched my first venture, Morgan Chayer Culinary Productions, offering catering and multi-course dinners across Calgary and Red Deer.  Over time, my love for baking was rekindled, inspiring me to reinvent my business and focus fully on the sweeter side of the kitchen.

Coco Bean's Baked Goods is a celebration of nostalgic favorites, reimagined with unique flavor combinations, playful presentations, and dedication  to quality.  Everything is baked from scratch using only the finest ingredients - from fresh fruits and creamery butter to rich couverture chocolate. Each creation is crated with care, creativity and a whole lot of heart.
