Coco Beans is owned and operated by Chef Morgan Chayer
I left my career as a Travel Agent to pursue my passion for cooking and baking. After graduating from the Culinary Program at Sait I apprenticed at various upscale restaurants and catering companies in Calgary . Later received my Red Seal Certificate and opened my own Catering Business, Morgan Chayer Culinary Productions
Now located in Red Deer, I've been working as a Private Chef, cooking in clients homes and preparing 4 course dinners for groups up to 12 people.
My love of baking has been re-discovered along with a desire to reinvent my business and focus on upscale baking. Coco Beans is taking classic desserts, putting a spin on them with incredible flavors along with inventive presentations.
Only the finest of ingredients from fresh fruits, to creamery butter and coverture chocolate to name a few are used. All products are made from scratch with love, care and attention.
I also offer a wide range of Italian Macarons, from S'more to Birthday Sprinkles with pop rocks. Macarons can be customs order for suit your event or get together.
